LIBERTY LIBFIL

Continuous Filament Polyester Soft

Made of high tenacity continuous filament polyester yarn, this sewing thread is available in bonded, soft and special (dl) finish. Our line of products meets the highest standards for strength and sewability due to its unique specially developed finish. LIBERTY LIBFIL has a good abrasion resistance and therefore an excellent sewing thread for all types of applications, including bedding and mattresses, the automotive industry, footwear and leather goods. Their superior resistance to UV radiation and chemicals makes these threads suitable for outdoor applications and filtration. LIBERTY LIBFIL is produced in a wide range of thread sizes and is an environmentally friendly product, compliant to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

Please note: when manufacturing materials containing softeners like PVC or PUR it can occur that dyestuff molecules of the thread can migrate onto the fabric. This can lead to “bleeding” of the colour on the fabric. It is important to carry out specific sewing tests before starting bulk production.
