Quilting Cocoon Bobbins

Cocoon bobbins are used on “schiffli” embroidery and multi-needle lockstitch quilting machines equipped with shuttles. Produced continuous and knotless with precision winding for consistent draw-out tension resulting in high yields per cocoon, cocoon bobbins are made of cotton, poly/poly core spun, spun polyester, continuous filament nylon 6.6 and other specialty products such as aramid threads. They are specially designed for high-speed mattress sewing operations for minimal downtime. Of this environmentally friendly product, compliant to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, we offer a wide range of sizes and colours for various applications.
